Captain Jim G.

Captain Jim got hooked on saltwater fishing 17 years ago and never looked back. He soon bought a boat there afterwards. He is on the water an average of 2 to 4 days out of each week, fishing the back bays from Port O’Connor Texas, Seadrift and Rockport Texas. His expertise fishing including fishing Espirito Santo bay, all the way to Aransas bay.

Capt. Jim will guide and fish on the average of 10 to 15 fishing tournaments a year, including “Babes on the Bay”, “Babes on Baffin” and other major redfish tournament events.

Captain Jim has been a member of the Coastal Conservation Association for 19 years. He regularly donates free fishing trips to various local organizations and has been a board member for the Hays County CCA for 5 years. Other organizations he is involved with is Ducks Unlimited and the NRA.

Captain Jim is currently running a 23 foot Haynie Big Foot with a 250hp outboard motor. His boat is loaded with all the required safety gear, including adult and children life jackets, first aid kit, and fire extinguisher.
