The customer has 7 days to cancel before the trip to get your deposit back. If the captain cancels or if there’s lightning that results in your trip being canceled you will get your deposit back. Weather is up to the captain.
If it is only raining, bring a raincoat, our guides can outrun the rain, or post-pone your trip till the rain stops, but if it’s lighting for safety reasons the trip will be canceled, or could happen after the storm has passed. If your trip gets canceled and rescheduled your deposit will go to that trip.
